Stopped by an "out of the way" bank INSIDE an office building on my way home from work today. Picked up a handful of Ikes and loose halves. Also picked up 2 rolls of halves and 8 rolls of dimes.

All clad Ikes but... Scored one 40%er in the loose halves. Scored five 40%ers and one 1964 90%er in the rolls. Also scored my first NIFCs: two 2001-P and two 2009-P. Also scored four more 1996-P with die cracks. The rolls of dimes only produced one silver Rosie and one proof 1987-S. Either way, a good stop even if I was shorted 2 dimes with pennies in the rolls.

Congrats on the silver!

One word on the 1996p die crack: I once got continueously 15 boxes of brand new 1996p in several weeks' span; all of them had the crack from the chin to the rim.

Not bad at all. Finding "out of the way" banks is always a good thing.
Cuts down on your competition.

Nice score, however, NIFC halves didn't start until 2002. The 2001's can be set free.

According to my 2010 Red Book, 2001-P was Not Issued for Circulation. Additionally, the Wikipedia article on Kennedy Half Dollars says that the 2001-P was NIFC while the 2001-D was put into general circulation. Hope this helps.

Must be present on a large amount of 1996-P's issued then. I am still keeping mine as I have seen them selling for a slight premium online. Mine are all at least MS-63+.
