Best double die search yet

Wayne, can you post a pic of the DD's? I have yet to see one come from circulation, I find many, many 1974d's but no DD yet, sniff :'(

Dont have a digital camera as of yet. The doubling is in the word TRUST, mainly in RUS. A good magnafying glass will bring it out. To date I have found 85 of them.

Thanks for the link- I had no idea there were so many doubles in the halves! I have the red book that shows the doubled 74-D, but have yet to find one.

Went thru the 2nd box last night, thought it was going to be a good one. First roll netted me a 90% Kennedy. Only 1 more silver in the next 49 rolls though. Got double dies number 86 and 87 though (13 more for my goal of 100 1974D double dies).

Go to my website http://www.foundinrolls.com once loaded, click on the Varieties button. I have pics of many doubled dies that were found in Circulation.

It is fairly quick to load on broadband but may be slow on dial up.
