An Indian Head, a Roosie, and a really shiny Wheat

So did a few boxes of cents over the past week. Here are my results:

    Box 1 - 11 Wheats: 1944, 1946, 1951, 1952 (2), 1953 D (2), 1956 D, 1958, 1958 D and a 1957 D that is remarkably in good condition. Looks almost uncirculated. Plus 4 Canadians.

    Box 2 - 6 Wheats: 1951, 1954 D, 1956, 1956 D 1958 D (2) PLUS my first ever Indian Head found in the wild, a 1903. It's now my oldest coin. Plus 4 Canadians.

    Box 3 - 5 Wheats: 1927, 1944, 1945 D, 1953 S, 1957. Plus 4 Canadians.

Also, while standing in line to dump some coins today, saw a woman continuously trying to throw a pesky dime back through the tray. Finally asked to see it and lo and behold, a really good condition 1963 Roosie. She said 'keep it.'

    Pics below. Thanks for reading.

The worst part is the same woman was dumping huge batches of cents - I so badly wanted to ask if I could look through them before she dumped. Anyone ever try that? My only thought is 'well, at least they're being recirculated.'

Nice photos. The Indian Head cent is in excellent shape. You can still see the "Liberty" across his head. Nice score

Nice score. It's amazing how many shinny wheats I find that has been hiding in someone's closet for years
