First Walker. Is this toning?

I really don't know anything about toning but was curious to hear y'alls thoughts on the coloring of this walker.

Yep Looks like toning to me.....Matt

It does not appear to be toning. I think it is worn gold plate that they use to make the coins more "valuable". I have found a few of them.

I agree. Hard to tell for sure from a photo, but thats certainly what it looks like.

Old plated or chromed that is wearing off.
