Sat morning finds

Had to work today so I didnt get to do my normal bank runs this morning but I did stop at a small bank on the way to work that I hadnt ever been to.

THey were actually quite rude and would only sell me $30 in rolls and a few loose ones that they had, I smiled and walked out happy I got any.

Results:

$8.50 in loose yielded 1965,1966 40%ers

$30 in rolls yielded a 1968 40 %er


Finished on of my $250 box of dimes a minute ago and found a 1957 rosie.

You say they were rude and only gave you 3 rolls and some loose. Maybe that's all they had. Is it a bank you have an account with? What I'm saying is banks don't normally have a lot of halves on hand unless they are ordering for someone or are a dump bank. Your post makes it sound like you think they were holding out. Practice good Karma and good things will happen to you.
