Tonight's boxes of dimes & quarters - 4/2/11

My quarter box persistence paid off as I was able to brake my recent quarter drought. :icon_thumleft:

So how many quarters have you found per how many boxes you've searched? Just curious. I've never searched quarters but I heard the ratio before was one quarter keeper per 4-5 boxes searched.

That sounds about right since I have found 2 so far this year in 8 boxes.

Edited to add: The other quarters I found this year were from teller's trays and coin machine reject slots.

Too bad the quarters aren't more plentiful since they have about 22% more silver in them than a 40% half.
