Some silver & Mint wrap rolled halves today
Stopped at a couple of banks today and had some pretty good success with halves. Found several silver halves and even got 2 rolls of BU 2009 US Mint wrapped halves (one P & one D) in their original blue & white mint wrappers - that's a first for me. Although I would have much rather found two solid rolls of circulated silver but I'm still happy with these finds. Here's what I found today:
Bank 1 ($59.00 in halves & $11 in Ikes):
2 rolls of BU 2009 US Mint wrapped halves (one P & one D)
1 40%er
1 1964 Kennedy (somewhat tarnished but who cares - it's silver)
11 clad Ikes - of course
Bank 2 ($44.00 of loose halves in a plastic ziplock bag):
8 40%ers ('65-'69)
Not bad finds for such small searches. I'll take these results anytime.
