$12 in halves I can not believe this find!

The nice teller went around asking for loose halves and came up with $12 of them which included an 1866 S Seated Liberty!! ( some nasty scratches and dings ) but otherwise an incredible find to go with my 1853 O of a few weeks ago other nice half was a 40% 1969 This makes up for these endless horrible boxes of 2011 dimes I will try and get photos posted later It amazes me to hold this half and think that President Andrew Johnson was in office and the transcontinental railroad was beginning to be built east out of San Francisco at the time it was minted

Amazing! And to think that some people think the finds have dried up I think I'm seeing more old (Barbers/Seated) the past 2 months than I have the past year on this forum.

those are both some amazing finds - did you find each of those two coins at a different bank? Seems amazing enough to find one of those coins but two in a short period of time is truly amazing.
