1 months work for 14 rosies (now with a picture)

I started CRH this month, went thru about 324 rolls of dimes and found 14 rosies, with about 30 rolls untouched... this is so cool!! I love to hold them together and enjoy the white rims, dazed, of course my wife doesnt even flinch.

    HH!!

edit: up to 15 rosies now, the 15th was a killer as it was from the very last rolls.
    keepers are minimal right now....

Those rims are why we do what we do! Congrats. My wife is about the same as yours but mine really came around a few weeks back when she helped me open an almost solid roll of Mercs (49 Mercs and 1 Rosie). She was way more excited than I but now her enthusiasm has died down again.

I'll tell you what, i've been hunting for about a month now too, and i'm absolutely hooked. I LOVE the way silver rims look...I almost can't stop staring at them. Haha.

Can you give us a close up of the bottom right dime, you might have found something staggering there.
Is it from Canada, or is it what I think it is.

Eyesight is not good these days.....

That is a Swiss 1/2 Franc. They are copper nickel and are not worth anything. These are the one foreign coin that will fool me when I rim search dimes. The reeding is really close to the silver dime. Also, when I first saw the reverse with wreath, I thought "Barber!" Here is one on ebay so you can see it up close.

In looking at the price, this one is up to $1.45, so I guess it is worth a little!

Great job on the dimes! Keep up the hard work - I totally agree with you on how seeing those silver rims makes you feel.

It was a CWR found at a local branch - from the look of the roll - it was rolled up around 1960. Check it out!
