Are the pre -1982 copper cents worth the trouble saving?
I look at it as a long-term investment. I suspect that copper will continue to climb in the long run, and at some point melting down copper coinage may become both widespread and profitable. But even if copper tanks, those pennies will always be worth at least 1 cent.
Hmmm... an investment with upside potential, but can never fall below the original purchase price...
Where can I get more?

I never thought about it that way before. I think I'll start saving them too.
