Fantastic numbers... Both on volume and recovery! Better than 5:1 ratio on 40% to 90% halves... That is AWESOME! (I am only doing about 9:1.)

We're in the same Fed district, but far enough that we're not pulling from the same pallets.

About how many hours per week do you think you put into the hobby?

Each box of halves takes me 10-12 minutes to do, not counting time to pickup and dump. So on the higher side I'm looking at ~27 hours a month not counting dumping. I actually do most of my searching while driving though, I have a 1.25 hour drive to and from work so I am generally searching halves on my way to or from work. Dumping probably takes me a few more hours a month, so I'd say that all said and done I'm spending a good 35-40 hours a month sorting.

You and Cards have insane numbers... I don't even have those numbers CRHing for a year. Even if I did the same volume, my totals would not be close since I have them in Excel. The ratio isn't great out here. My area is just not great for CRHing boxes. Congrats. I'm so envious. LOL
