This weeks Box of dimes - Silver! + Unusual find

So I decided to pickup a box of dimes today from the same bank I found the Merc ender last week. Picked it up and checked the code on the bottom. Same as last weeks box so I was hopeful. Well, it turned out to be a good box. Found 1 - 1964 Rosie in it. ^_^v. Also found several canadian dimes and a very unsual coin I'd never seen before. It had Queen Elizabeth on the front, and the back said Hong Kong 10 Cents. (Pics below). No clue on scarcity or worth. But was a interesting find seeing that brass edge among the silver and copper edges. :P Also picked up $100 in CRW halves. Sadly no luck there. 2 rolls were solid Bicentennial, 1 roll solid 1971, 1 roll solid 1974 and 74D (No DDO's sadly), rest were mixed.

Not bad so far. I'm 2 for 2 at that bank in dimes.

I can only find information about the 1983 and 1984 version of this coin in terms of mintage. No clue for the 1982.
