All of my half dollar veins are tapped out! I still pick up whatever loose and CWRs that I can find. I am finding 3-4 40%ers a month.

My new goal is 2-3 dime boxes a day, 6 days a week. Hopefully I will find 15-20 silver dimes a week.

So far:
Sunday
Box #1 - 2 FDRs
Box #2 - 3 FDRs
Monday
Box #1 skunk
Box #2 1 FDR
Tuesday
Box #1 4 FDRs and 1x1968 Canadian (50% Ag)
Box #2 1 FDR
Box #3 1 Merc (1944)
Wed
Box #1 skunk
Box #2 skunk
Thurs
Box #1 shunk
Box #2 2 FDRs
Box #3 shunk

Totals: 14 US silver dimes and one 50% Canadian dime

Brinks boxes?

I just dont seem to have that kind of luck with the Brinks boxes. I get my luck out of the bank that wraps their rolls from what customers drop into their counter.

some pretty good boxes. :icon_thumright:

I've been getting about 1-2 dime boxes (mine are always Brinks) a day myself lately - except for my half dollar days. Seems like I have had similar results as you some days this week and I had my best dime day of the week on Tues. also - my first 4 keeper dime box - 3 Rosie's & 1 Merc.

Mon.
Box 1: skunk (just a 2004 five pence)
Box 2: skunk

Tues.
Box 1: '63 Rosie
Box 2: '45 Merc (nice cond. - probably grades F) & 3 Rosie's - '58, '59D, '61

Wed.
Box 1: skunk....but I got an extra roll - as good as finding 2 keepers (I was actually short 2 rolls in a dime box last month so I just recovered half of my losses from that box)

Thurs.
Box 1: skunk

I got 3 half boxes & 2 nickel boxes today so I won't be getting any more dime boxes till next week. I'll go through the half boxes tonight and save the nickel boxes for the long weekend. I hope everyone remembers to stock up on rolls/boxes for the long bank holiday weekend.

I wish you (and myself) continued success with the dime boxes. Always love seeing those silver edges. :)

some nice boxes today - esp the last two. I got two dime boxes today myself and if I could just find two keepers I'd be happy. :)

I picked up a brinks box on the way to dump yesterday's boxes and searched it in the parking lot.

Box #1 1953, 1960D

2 is a lot for a me to find in a brinks box. There are esay to search but i have never found more than 2 silver dimes and I have often gotten shunked.

Hopefully more boxes later today.

all the dime boxes I get are Brinks. I got 4 keepers from my 2 dime boxes yesterday which is good for me because lately I've been averaging about 1 per box. And I like searchin' them without opening the rolls then I just cash the boxes and I don't have to worry about problems with the coin counters. :)
