None of the Roosevelt dimes are worth more than melt if they are in circulated condition.

Wasn't there a W mint mark in the 80's that is worth a couple of bucks? It was minted in West point? Could someone inform me on this?

Actually I believe it was 1996

I even found one wback when I still did some date searching of dimes to try to find errors.

The 96-W was only issued in mint sets on the 50th anniversary. It was in a separate cello-wrap than the other mint issues. Most 96 mint sets that are on the secondary market have the 96-W cherrypicked. There was only 1,457,000 minted. It's a $15 - 20 coin.
