Bank and other reward systems = ASE

So I got an email today saying I had 12,000 debit card points. I went to the redemption site and searched for "coin", and i can redeem them for ASE's with certificates of authenticity and a case for 10,000 points.

I earn points at a rate of 1 pt per 3 of "signature" purchases. If I could find a way to pay for all my halves that way I'd rack up a ton of points and then turn around and redeem them for silver!!!!

This got me thinking of other rewards....Delta-nothing. Priority Club (holiday inn) you can get amazon gift cards and use those to buy coins.

I believe some one posted about a bank cutting some one off because some one else had been doing this and had gotten into some kind of trouble.

well there was a scam with buying dollars from the mint and them putting them in the bank. Not sure this is quite the same. I'm not sure I can build up the points that fast anyway
