Re: How do you store your stash?
All the above except paper rollers. Just don't trust myself to not screw that one up. I've gotten rolls of coins labled "1964", "1965-1969", or "Silver" and most of the times they were accurately labled. Ouch...
I keep bulk silver (40%ers, 1964 halves, war nics, etc) in plastic ziplock bags. Nicer coins (walkers, Franklins, etc) I keep in round plastic tubes.

Re: How do you store your stash?
I use CoinSafe Square Tubes for everything. I then store those tubes behind me and my pistol. Incomplete rolls are stored in my home fire-resistent safe. When rolls are full I take them to one of my bank safe deposit boxes or in other safe locations around town.

You know that Safety deposit boxes don't carry FDIC insurance like your bank accounts right?

Re: How do you store your stash?
The good ones go in books or single coin squares, the rest in clear tubes (just love that sight) - in the bolted down 1,000 lb safe, inside the ASB generator backed-up, security and video monitored home, patroled by two free ranging large dogs behind the 8 foot, double stranded barb wire topped fence - (and since I'm blessed enough to be able to work from home almost full time) overseen by an often grumpy guy clinging to God and guns! Happy Hunting!!

If you have 3 quarters, 4 dimes, and 4 pennies, you have $1.19. You also have the largest amount of money in coins without being able to make change for a dollar.

Well that's a random bit of knowledge. Gonna have to write that one down.

And if you had 1 quarter, 9 dimes and 9 pennies, you would have $1.24 and still would not be able to make change for a $1.00.

1 quarter, five pennies, and 7 dimes equals $1.

A mixture of the above as well as on the floor, in the safe, in a drawer, on a desk, on a shelf and in bags. I guess it would be easier to just say my house.

The only way you'd ever find out is if I invited you in to show you or broke in to try and see it. The latter of which might get you shot afew times.
