suprise ender....
First box gave me a 1969 half dollar.
The 2nd box gave me an interesting ender and 3 proofs.
Wonder what these are worth?
All are mint mark S...then there is the 1994 (WTH?) half.

Re: suprise ender....
It is part of a set with a clad half, silver dollar, and gold $5 coin.

Re: suprise ender....
It is a clad proof and like all clad proofs, unless they are in PF-65 condition, they are not worth much over face.
Of course, you might be able to find a buyer on Ebay that wil give you more.
If ANYONE, wants to trade banged up clad proofs for silver quarters (canadian, american, any country). PM me, I would be very happy with that trade!!!

Re: suprise ender....
Novapax,
That's a cool commemorative. I looked up the mintage:
1994-D World Cup Half Dollar 168,208
1994-P World Cup Half Dollar 609,354 proof
I assume it's a "P" mintmark?...looks proof.
A nice find for 50 cents.

Re: suprise ender....
Thanks for all that got a chance to look it up for me. I was busy today searching out new banks and all.
Im stopping by the coin shop tomorrow to see what they say about the proofs I found. I wasnt sure what they were worth, but if I get something over face..its a bonus to me. Im in it for the silver! lol

Re: suprise ender....
Well the coin shop was kinda interested in the 1994 world cup but he told me what it was worth then I offered it to them. He said they didn't need it but I could tell he did.
I'm guessing info told him I was selling it he would have made an offer before he told me what it could be sold for.
Oh well. Cool find anyway.
