Hello Everyone, Long time lurker here. Been reading everyone's posts for months now since I started CRHing but never posted (I post my finds on Realcent.org under the same user name) since I was average one or two dimes per box. All that changed today when I went to pick up some rolls. I went to a local BoA branch with only $150 so I couldn't get a full box and the teller gave me 30 CWRs. I wasnt too happy since most of the CWR always end up as skunks. I scored nothing until the 18 roll when I open up and see a silver roosie ender. As soon and I dump it there it was: a full roll of silver!!!! My first ever solid roll! ( I only do dimes since I don't have much bank roll). My heart was pounding. I kept opening the other rolls and got until the third to last roll which was an almost solid roll with the exception of 10 clad dimes. I found it weird since some of the clad dimes were pretty new including a 2001 D. Anyways I quickly drove to my dump bank to exchange, drove back to my pick up bank and my teller had already gone home. So I asked the head teller if she could give me anymore CWRs that might be left. She told me that the few that were left were given to a lady doing a change pickup. She offered me some new String and son's rolls but I declined. Oh well, at lest I ended up with 90 silver dimes and I have never been happier!!

Congrats man and welcome to this forum. This hobby can become quite addictive. Silver is still out there, but today this hobby requires more energy and persistence.
Work hard and it will pay off in the future :icon_thumright:

welcome!!! Congrats on your dime haul, shows solid rolls are possible. That definately makes up for any short rolls in the past, and for some short rolls in the future!!!

I would personally go back and ask for quarters as well!

Who in their right mind would dump a solid silver roll?
I've searched well over $100,000 in dimes and never a solid roll, so, congrats!

Most people don't know it is silver.

Nice find. I think some people don't even know what silver coins are, or that silver is becoming scarce.

Some people think all of our coins are silver.
