Where have all the 90% gone?

So this month has been great for me. I have set a new record for total silver halves found. Set a new record for boxes in a month. Set a new record for average silver/box.... However, with all that great news I only found about a dozen 90% coins... 2 months ago I found about 8 times that amount of 90% halves.

I want to see a Walker in a box, or that ugly franklin coin!

Garda is pulling all 1962 Bens and 1934 walkers. Loomis pulls ALL 1977 error silver planchet strikes.

I pull about 20 90%/month give or take, around 7-1 40-90. I dont really mind the ratio 40-90, silver is silver.

I know what you mean...there once was a time that I felt disgusted finding a 40%'er (left over from my 1980's mentality), now, I'll take any that I can get.

I try not to let on too much, but I will tell you I have averaged 6.5 silvers/box this month. That includes a 12 box skunk streak...

Ive enjoyed all the 40%, and yes, silver is silver... but I love the design of the Walker- Need more stat!

I just finished recounting. 397x 40% to 69x 90%. Not too bad I think. 5.75 - 1.

OK Bud I have not found a 90%er in over 8 months, and a ben or walker in over 10 months.

The worse thing I hate about the coin companies is the fact they have pulled all 1975 halves for years!

As far as 90% halves go... who even likes that Ben Franklin? I think its a terrible looking coin. I think id rather have a 1964.

I'd gladly trade you! Haha. I'd trade anyone for a walker- and would trade for a '64 actually...

I have some 1975 halves. I can trade them for 10 90% halves. Anyone want a trade? :laughing7:

By the way, they have the date 1976, they were just minted in 1975.

N8, I do like the Franky - because it so clearly puts forth the ideals of liberty- Ben Franklin was
a very committed Libertarian ! ( limited govt. ) the reverse prominently displaying the "liberty-
bell" reminds us of our hard fought freedoms ! and take a look at how deep the design is
sculpted on this coin - pretty impressive !!! and unlike the Kennedy , every time you find one
you just scored a 90% -er ! Argentium.
