2012 has been pretty good to me so far. Even got my first Barber dime last week. But........

Had back to back skunks! Got $350 in MWR Dimes over the weekend for a big Skunk and....

Got my $500 box of halves today. Also a big Skunk, and as a bonus 5 rolls were short a coin.

Oh well, I hope my luck turns around soon.

Hey Numisman, I've been feeling the same way lately. I had a really good start earlier this year but my half boxes the past 3 weeks or so haven't produced much at all. I think I've found just 9 keepers from my last 20 half boxes and my last 8 half boxes have been skunks. I found my first silver half of the month just today - 1 x '67 from $2 loose. So that makes 1 x 40% and 4 Rosie's total for me so far this month. Oh well, I know this hobby can sure be hot or cold @ times. Maybe we both can have some better luck in the second half of the month.

We are neck and neck

I'm at one 40% (teller tray) and Five silver dimes. Pretty sad for almost halfway thru month.

I am at just 20 so far this month, 3 90% and 17 40% (this is low in my area compared to previous weeks). I did find my first 70S and 70D (the 70D just tonight), funny how things go. 12 more boxes to go this week. 8)

congrats on the '70D. Seems like people are finding '70D's & '50D nics lately. I have found 2 '50D nics but still no '70D half for me yet. You just never know what or when you might find something good with this hobby.
