With my banks doing the excessive change charge I have waited a few weeks and got a box of nickels to turn in and deposit into my daughters savings account...no charge.
Found on the very last roll, last handfull a 1943 P war nickel Woot.
Here is why the box was odd. The box arrived from the armored car today at my wifes bank. So totally sealed by Dunbar's. Up till that one nickel and after I had only found the following:
Oldest nickel was 1977 and no nickels of the new design. How odd is that out of $100 worth?
