A surprise call from a bank Teller today gave up some treasure

    Hit a jackpot today. A teller called & said a customer cashed in a bunch of Eisenhower dollars, halves & $2 bills - a total of $300 worth. I said I'll take them all. I got 7 silver halves, 160 Ike dollars & 15 $2 bills with some dated 1953, 1963 & 1976. The 7 silver halves were a 1941 Walking Lib., 1964 Kennedy & 5 40%.
    2009 Find Totals (in progress):

    1775 King George copper
    3 dollars (2 Presential Washington & 2 Sacagawean)
    3 Kennedy clad halves
    417 Quarters (3 silver dated '34, '48 & '63)
423 Dimes (includes a few Mercs & silver Roseys)
    1 Buffalo (no date)
    Nickels ?
    Cents ?

My sincere apology to Buffaloboy & to everyone else. But it was only meant to be a joke. Notice the Smiley face. Anyway, I will personally ban myself from this forum as I'm too radical I guess. BTW, I am an Old Timer. Good luck everyone!

    What happened?
1/100 of an American dollar is a cent. It is NOT a penny. The word penny is used by several other countries, such as Great Britain, to denote their smallest denomination. In order to be numismatically correct, you must use the term cent to describe the American coin.

I'm not sure, but I do know - one pill makes you larger, and one pill makes you small...
...and the ones that mother gives you, don't do anything at all...

The forum police deleted the replies so now no one knows what went on. But that's good & ok. Everything is cool & all forgotten now. The show must go on.

Haha yes it looks like another prank for our sensitive nerves

For orange marked halves, I actually got hungry after seeing the pictures, cause it looked like a bag of cheese cheetos or chips was spilled on those coins
