I noticed today what I have accumulated in the past 5 months
Almost 3 more inches of belly fat I will cut down my weekly boxes and start focusing on getting myself in decent shape.

It's summertime so, a good idea would be to bike around banks and carry coin rolls in backpack.
Gets you in shape plus doesn't take away the CRH!
I usually do that, so I have a place to bike, kinda like destination. I can't just go biking with no reason. Here you kill two rabbits at once.

I wish I had that option. My work put me into different spots most of the time. My best option is to spend more time at gym and cut down on searching/dumping.

Half dollar boxes before opening and hunting make great exercise equipment. Try doing some squats with a box or two, benching a couple boxes. The sky is the limit.
