Hey so here are my results from 6/17/2012 to 6/23/2012. I took a trip to the East Coast and found some silver! One of the banks I went to had a box that they accidently ordered a couple days before, don't worry I didn't steal a box from anyone. I still need to pick up a few boxes locally that I couldn't pick up last week but all in all the boxes treated me well.

Thanks! I would like to find the war nickel & 100 silver halves by the end of August. I thought for sure I would find that war nickel before the silver dime or Ben. HH Circa

Just let me know if you need any help
And I'm surprised you haven't been able to find a war nickel. Unless you're only getting dumps or brand new coins you should be able to get at least one per $100.

I personally have looked at about $222 in nickels and have never found a silver war yet.
Just one buffalo and a few foreign and older. No boxes just rolls from teller (maybe 20 per bank).

I found my first silver dimes and a silver quarter before I found a war nickel.
1/100 of an American dollar is a cent. It is NOT a penny. The word penny is used by several other countries, such as Great Britain, to denote their smallest denomination. In order to be numismatically correct, you must use the term cent to describe the American coin.
