Its going to be a GREAT night!!!

Just picked up two bags of dimes (one from the same bank that yielded my 29 dime bag last week)

    And 10 bags of pennies

Also 50 bucks in cwr halves, but there was no silver from them.

Will post the results of the dimes later.

The reydale is gonna get another work out this week :-D

    good luck on those dimes!

are those bags of pennies and dimes from a coin counting machine in the bank or are they actually able to order you bags?

They are from a coin counter. Usually have pretty good luck with the bags... The teller that always helps me at one of the banks said "there's a bunch of wheat pennies in there, I saw a bunch go in while I was dumping the coins in" which obviously got me all fired up. It's not a self service machine, it's behind the teller counter. Should be a pretty good haul, I'll let everyone know how the dimes turn out later

    Check it with a magnet.
1/100 of an American dollar is a cent. It is NOT a penny. The word penny is used by several other countries, such as Great Britain, to denote their smallest denomination. In order to be numismatically correct, you must use the term cent to describe the American coin.

You don't have to weigh them, a magnet will confirm it.

Update: just finished bag of dimes #2, which was 10 times better than the first... Literally.

Final count was 46 American silver dimes (mercs and Roosevelt's) and 4 Canadian silver dimes, along with a few kinda cool foreign coins. I will post some pics later.
