Box O' Nickels 7/10/2012 (The Buffalo War)
Did a Brinks box o' Nickels today and found the following:
(1) 1936-P Full Date Buffalo Nickel
(1) 1943-P War Nickel
(1) 1943-S War Nickel
(1) 1944-P War Nickel
(1) 1945-P War Nickel
Not great, but I'll take it. Happy Hunting!!

not great?!?!?! I would buy that bank clean of all nickels they could spare if i got a box like that... all my nickels are solid 2012

Thanks. Most of the boxes I get don't produce like this, but a year ago I was averaging 5-7 Buffalo Nickels per box and 3-5 War Nickels per box.

Generally I get a 1 buffalo per box and atleast 3 war nickels per box. Pulled a 1938 D, but havent pulled a 50 D yet.

I can only do 1/2 of a box at a time but I pull about 5 war nicks for every buffalo.But no buffalo I have gotten was a dateless.
