Finally finished my 2nd box of half dollars. Found 5 40%-ers this time! Six total now! Still waiting for my first 90% coin. No "S" marks and I've found no coins from 1987 yet but nearly every other year (1971 - 2002) has cross my fingers. Box #3 should get picked up next Wed and Box #4 on Friday.

I found over $1000 melt silver before finding a 1987, but when I did, I found 7.

'S' mint aren't so special, unless you get a 90% proof.. Which I still need to cross off my list too.

I got a 87 S minted - saved it from the coin counter when I noticed it was a proof.
