Results for September and some of my coin collection.

After searching for silver and wheats this month i have found the following: 18 half dollar proofs 8 of which i put in my book. 68 40%. 26 silvers dimes (12 were mercury). 14 90% 2 ikes and 400+ wheats and 9 indian heads. overall it`s been a bad month except for pennies and im at a 16 skunks for half dollar boxes

Sounds a good month to me other than the Cents. I average 50-75 wheats a box, so unless you only did a few boxes..

Most people average 10/box.

I got nearly all of my wheats in 1 box and almost all of my kennedys from 1 box. i guess i had beginners luck because i have no luck atm.

How many boxes of half dollars and dimes did you do? Did you do bags and customer rolls too? Just curious about your volume, you say it was a bad month but depending on your volume it could have been a great month.

I did about 25~30 boxes this month. Last 15 were skunks. And no i only did boxes. I`m planning on doing CWR and boxes in October.

So you found 82 silver half dollars in 25 boxes of halves? That is 3.28 silver coins per box, which are absolutely jaw dropping results if you can pull that for the next 100 or 1000 boxes you hunt. You didn't have a bad month, you had an amazing month if that's all it took to pull that silver.
