The first box that I opened had absolutely NOTHING in it! :(

The second box produced quite nicely! :)

3 Walkers (Including my oldest half - 1918-S)
2 Franklins
6 90% Kennedys
12 40% Kennedys

Very, very nice '18-S.......tell me, someone please tell me how these are still in circulation when you can barely get a Wheat Cent in change.....gotta love the general publics' ignorance though.....Great job!!

Beautiful results Brian! That 18-S looks about Fine condition or better, easily a $20-$40 coin.

That's a nice return on that box. Ask a question, what color wrappers your's come in? I've been thru our second box and still haven't found a 90% silver yet. At least there were three more 40%.Our came in yellow and white wrappers.

Yellow and white wrappers in a flat box.

It is perfectly logical...Most halfs don't get circulated the way smaller denominations do. they tend to stay with one person and not get spent, and they find there way back into the federal reserve. Pennies pass through thousands of hands, and the wheaties are pulled out.
