Anyone recognize these marks?

Here recently I've been seeing a lot of halves with these markings. Just wondering if anyone knows whos they are. I receive all my boxes from Brinks.

That is correct.. then I write "NOT SILVER" on the Obverse, and "Try Again" on the Reverse

I was just wondering. I live in AL, but I get a lot with "J"s on them. They look different than that J though, so I don't know. I have also found a bunch of them all over the state, in TN, and I've gotten conformation of them in Georgia and Mississippi.
