Hi all! Haven't posted much lately but I'm having a good week and wanted to share. I have a great relationship with the head teller at a local TD branch. She lets me dump halves in coin lock bags, which works great for both parties. The HT wasn't there Saturday, when I stopped in to dump, but had left word with other tellers that she had $200 in halves for me. She had never done this before and I was excited. Stopped in Monday and HT greeted me at the door

The $200 was in the double, $20 rolls. The regular rolls in the pic came from another bank and yielded one 40%. What is really great about this score is that it's from my dump bank and I must be doing something right for this lady to hook me up like that.

Good job!

All the more surprising since I would have thought those halves would end up in the coin machine.

I also have yet to find one CWR of halves, other than some clearly re-wrapped dump rolls. Plenty of loose halves though.

TD in my area does not have coin machines.

The penny arcades in my area won't process halves.
