I was trying to think today, what would be on a list of significant CRH milestone finds? You know, those kinds of unusual finds that make you feel like you are part of an exclusive, elite batch of CRHers. Here’s what I’ve come up with so far…please feel free to add to the list with comments.

• 1st ender
• 1st Bender (Franklin ender)
• 1st Wender (Walker ender)
• 1st Mender (Mercury dime ender)
• 1st Standing Liberty Quarter in the wild
• 1st wheat cent before 1930
• Any Barber coin found in the wild
• 1st coin found over 100 yrs. old found in the wild
• Any box with more than 25 silver coins
• Any box with more than 50 silver coins
• Any box with more than 100 silver coins
• Any silver proof found in the wild
• a 1970 half found in the wild
• 1st solid roll of silver coins

I know I’m missing some stuff here, fill in the blanks!

• 1st ender - Found about 2 months ago now
• 1st Bender (Franklin ender) - Just found first one 3 days ago
• 1st Wender (Walker ender) - Might have on my first buy of CWR's, found 3 solid rolls, not on MWR though
• 1st Mender (Mercury dime ender) - no Menders, no dime enders at all that I can remember
• 1st Standing Liberty Quarter in the wild - Nope but have traded in 40%ers for quarters and got some SLQ for junk price
• 1st wheat cent before 1930 - 1 or 2, dont really care about penny though
• Any Barber coin found in the wild - Just my 1903 from metal detecting, although a half is on my list to find!!!
• 1st coin found over 100 yrs. old found in the wild - Not yet from CRH, but yes for metal detecting
• Any box with more than 25 silver coins - nope 6 is my best thus far from a MWR box
• Any box with more than 50 silver coins - I wish
• Any box with more than 100 silver coins - must be nice!! :/
• Any silver proof found in the wild - Yes 1970 S proof found in my first order from a bank I still get from.
• a 1970 half found in the wild - Yep 1970 proof, read above
• 1st solid roll of silver coins - Only from CWRS, I have found 4 solid rolls actually... My first CRH experience I got 510$ of CWR from a bank, and scored (23) 90% and (70) 40%.

Pretty good milestone list!!

• 1st ender -- Found in my first box in the bay area in July.
• 1st Bender (Franklin ender) -- Yes, found one last week, and probably more I can't remember.
• 1st Wender (Walker ender) -- I think I may have found one of these on a good week but didn't take a pic.
• 1st Mender (Mercury dime ender) -- No, don't do enough dimes.
• 1st Standing Liberty Quarter in the wild -- No, don't do enough quarters.
• 1st wheat cent before 1930 -- Yes, hundreds of them.
• Any Barber coin found in the wild -- Yes, 1909 S found on Oct. 31, 2012 in a Garda box.
• 1st coin found over 100 yrs. old found in the wild -- Many Indian Head cents, as well as the 1909 Barber half.
• Any box with more than 25 silver coins -- Yes, had a box with (47) 40% on Jan. 18, 2013.
• Any box with more than 50 silver coins -- Yes, had a box with (7) 90% and (48) 40% on Nov. 14, 2012.
• Any box with more than 100 silver coins -- No!
• Any silver proof found in the wild -- Yes, found (11) bicentennial 40% proofs in the 50+ box, a 1964 proof on Jan. 2, 2013, and a 1969 S proof this week.
• a 1970 half found in the wild -- Not yet.
• 1st solid roll of silver coins -- Yes, on Sep. 28, 2012. Solid roll with (19) 40% and (1) 80% 1962 Canadian half.

Great list!

Good one to add:
• A Magician's coin -- I have found (13) halves. They are hollow inside and don't line up when you flip from heads to tails. One even has heads on both sides.

The only milestone I can check off on that list is "1st ender". I've had several boxes with enders, but never more than four in one box. All enders were 40%ers.

How about "1st gold coin found in the wild"? That would be a super tough one to reach. Or, "1st silver foreign coin"?

• Hitting a Lifetime Total of 500 Troy Ounces
•*Hitting for the Cycle in One Day (war nickel, silver dime, silver quarter, and silver half all found in the same day)
• Finding a Morgan or Peace Dollar in the wild
• Finding any coin that's Pre-Civil War in the wild

I love this thread because it makes me remember how much more fun there is ahead of me. I was just thinking about how we could tie this list in with an achievement system for this forum. You'd be able to see each person's achievements in their profiles, and new achievements can be added upon photo verification. It could be really neat!
