Third time CRH. Bought 2 rolls dimes, 5 rolls nickels. Skunked dimes. Got 1 no-date Buff, Jeff: 1 30's, 2 40's, 4 50's. I applied some vinegar to the buff; came out 1913 (series II).

Nothing special here, but old coins are still out there. After only 3 tries starting CRH, altogether I got bought 12 rolls of cents, 12 rolls of nickels, and 6 rolls of dimes. I ended up with 1 Indian Head cent, 1 Buffalo Nickel, 1 War Nickel (with planchet error), 1 Mercury dime, about 8 Wheat cents, and 18 pre-1960 Jeffersons.

My thoughts are that there are still plenty of cool finds out there to keep even a moderate enthusiast happy. It would take me 20 years to find what I found in rolls in about 3 weeks of small-time CRH.

HH all!
