I pushed my order to 4k this week from my local bank. They charge me $1.75 per $500. I have had good luck there in the past hitting 37 and 46 coins per 500 a few weeks ago. SO yesterday I picked my 8 bags of rolled coin. Box 1, 2, 3, were skunks but in 4 I hit 82 coins. 26 1964s and 3 bens. And 53 1965-1969. And in box 5 I found 95 silvers:) 36 1964s and 1 ben. 58 1965-1969. Box 6,7,8. Were skunks. Also found an 2006 S and 1987 P in the mix.

Way to go! As long as these results hold up I would pay the $1.75 all day long.

WOW, Awesome score there HH! I would pay $1.75 all day long if I could order a larger( 10+ boxes) amount at one branch and save time picking up at 4,5,6 branches. I think that is the key to success, if you can order a large order from 1 place then you have a better chance at a good box not getting away from you, when you just get 4 you may have missed that 5th box that was loaded. That is why I order all my boxes ( average 6.5 boxes a week ) from one branch but it can bite you in the rear as well. I am going on 15 boxes of skunks in a row and every damned box I go through has the same marked coins in it. Apparently somewhere there was this mega dumper dumping and it will take me getting through the pallet to get into some more good coin. If a pallet is 25 boxes of brinks halves per row and 7 rows, that is 175 boxes or 4550 pounds of coin, that sounds about right for a heavy duty metal pallet. It will take me 27 weeks to go through them with nothing new being added to the stack. If nothing was added to the stack I have 16 more boxes at the end of this month for a new pallet to come into play.

I cant believe it but I will say it, I cant wait to see string boxes to let me know they ordered a new pallet from the Fed.
