I got a handful of quarter rolls from my bank today. They are all 6 CWR. I noticed two rolls had writing on the paper. One says "American Samoa" and the other says " N Mariana". I glanced in each roll on my way back to work, and saw the regular ol' eagle design.
Did someone use the wrappers to sort and store new quarters and then someone else re-use them again for random quarters? And now I have them? HaHa
