A Couple Quarter Finds

We don't have much luck with the quarters searching rolls but,we've got other ways.lol

The boy and I made friends with a local convenient store owner and she now checks her change in the cash register for us.
Last week she found us a 44.

I walked in the store yesterday for some smokes and she digs out a 54.

Another part of the fun of CRH'ing for me is looking at each date and thinking of who could have held that coin in their hand at some point in time.

Your 1944 quarter could have been used by a WWII soldier returning home on leave to buy himself and his sweetheart a soda and a candy bar. The possibilities are endless...

I made friends with the Nepalese owner of a cash only gas station, and he's found a few silver dimes for me. Yeah, buddy.
