What are these numbers?

Hey guys! Got this 1979 gold plated half dollar out of a box today. Was wondering what the 1960 and 1980 numbers meant stamped above the in god we trust. Any tips are appreciated HH

Just an opinion...instead of a gold watch, a golden coin was presented indicating the person served from 1960 to 1980...

Maybe you can get someone on Ebay to give you more for it, apparently you can sell just about anything on there for a profit.

It's only a fancy dressed up Half Dollar worth 50 cents.

I keep things like that in my "Hey that's kind of neat-O!" jar and show it off as my coin collection.

I keep the real stuff hidden and out of site.

For some reason, most of the gold plated halfs I find have stickers stuck to them. Weird.

Maybe about 75 cents to a dollar at most, but it can't be extracted to have any value.
