I drop in to a bank I am only able to get to once in a while and ask if they have any halves. "I have $60 here at my tray." I say "cool I'll take all you got". The teller then says "how much do you want?" .... I was confused a bit because I thought they only had $60. So, I say "I can take up to $1000".... Response "A lady just dropped off her grandmothers halves, she collected"....

Imagine the rest of the discussion... And I walked out with $1000 in halves from "grandmas collection". Being duped before I didn't get too excited, and I don't have time today due to long work hours to search BUT, I opened one roll and.... Out pops a 64, a 67 and a 68!!! :blackbeard:

Now I'm jonesing but HAD to get to work. Hope to post some amazing finds tonight! If I rack up I'll be getting more tomorrow!

Lol yeah... I debated that but if my boss saw me I'd lose my real job AND access to $ for this hobby.

I might try to get out a bit earlier though!

Anxious to see the results. I'd bring the rolls into work and slowly do a roll here - a roll there. Seems odd a lady would drop off precisely $1000 in halves. Were grandma's halves mixed in with other CWR and MWR to make up two boxes?

I could only get $1k. He had at least $60 more. It does appear to have some mwr mixed in tho. Think my pic showed at least 4-5 of them.

Looks like $400 from grandma and $600 in machine rolled. Still high hopes. Starting now... But I'm a slow hunter. Pics soon.
