Nice finds, escpecially the Double Die. I have to admit when I search Cents I only look closely at the Wheaties or older.

For pennies, I only look for double dies on 1969-S, 1970-S, 1972, 1983, 1984, and 1995.
The spacing on the AM in AMERICA for 1992-D, 1998, 1999, amd 2000.
And any of the commonly listed doubles on wheaties for now, though I save all those anyway so I can always look later , if I get an interest. :)

I just pick em out as I am going through the box and look afterward. Averages out to around 120 coins/box to look closely at for me so only takes a few extra minutes. I tried briefly to find the varieties listed on coppercoins.com, but I didn't enjoy looking at every coin in that much detail. Just took too long. Between that and eye strain/back pain from being hunched over with a magnifier to get the right light. It just wasn't worth it. I would rather spend my time sitting back in my recliner finding wheaties, silver, etc. Volume is more fun and feels like a better payback, at least for me.

Me too. My eyes are not too good, and I need a magnifier for anything smaller than a nickel.

I pick out the date/mintmark combos I want to look at under a magnifier and when I get done sorting a box I line them up on the desk under a good light and use one of two magnifiers depending on which type of error I am looking for. For most I only use what is probably around a 5X magnifier so I can look quickly, but for 1969-S, 1970-S, and 1972 I use a 14X handheld microscope that came with my son's telescope. I want to get a better magnifier, but just haven't gotten around to it yet.
