One of my supply banks orders me a minimum of two boxes of nickels a week in addition to dimes and cents.
Last night I was searching the second box of nickels when opening a roll I noticed a gap between two coins.
I'm figuring, "Oh great, I'm short a coin." Looking in to the gap, low and behold a 1923 Mercury dime appears.
I actually made a nickel.

Also, check every reject tray you see. While dumping a few weeks ago, I looked into the reject tube and saw a
lot of coins all bunched up. Reaching in, there was a large current British coin acting as a dam. Most of the coins
were foreign but behind them was an 1820 Large Cent.

None of the coin counters I use have a visible reject tray.
