1965 dime Double clipped planchet?

I've never ran across one before and need a little advice and expertise. What are your thoughts? I keep reading about the blakesly effect and it's seems to have it. Thanks!

To me I see some suspicious wear around the cut and on the corresponding opposite ends of the obverse. I'd get it looked at and just assume it's worth 10 cents and be pleasantly surprised.
