Went into a bank today that I don't go into that often. Asked the teller for halves and she said that she had $9.00. She said that a guy brought in $10.00 worth and she apologised to me but that she took the two silver ones out already. I could see the silver rims on some that were in her tray. I told her that i would take them anyway. Got (2) 1966 & (1) 1968 out of it.

The wise shall score while the knowledgeless miss out. Nice finds. Once I was getting rid of halves at a TD bank ( I get rid of my halves there as a guy who works there goes through them and knows what dates are silver) and I happened to see what looked like a whiter than normal half at the end of the 6$ or so in her tray. I bought it and it turned out to be a 40%er. What makes it funny is the one day that guy wasnt working and I go in, a silver half is in her tray and I nabbed it. Ehehehehe Im eeevvviiiiillll

Tellers are drastically getting wise to what coins are silver. :icon_scratch: Should have offered the teller some money $1.00 ea. for the 90% she/he took.

Keep @ it and HH ! :laughing7:
