Yes, from my experience they can either refuse them altogether or charge you a fee for rolling them if you're not a member.

One option is to join them short term, when you quit using them as a dump bank take your money out. Just put in enough to waive any fees.

I would think twice about dumping at the same bank you are buying from. Even thou its a different branch, they probably use the same armored car co. So you will be seeing the same coin over and over. If you haven't already done so, I would hit the other banks to see if they are good buy banks and if not then open an acct. with them to use as dumps. Best would be ones with lots of branches. Then you can spread out your dumps so as not to p ss off the tellers. Lots of banks have free accounts or at least minimum opening requirments.
