Hi guys, just thought I'd tell you the story of how I got my greatest crh find.About a year ago, I went to a local wawa gas station. Me being me, I asked the cashier if she had a single roll of pennies. She had a few and she let me have one. While going through the roll at home, nothing seemed unusual until towards the end of the roll when I spotted a coin that said "Army and Navy" on the back. I flipped the coin and it said 1863 on the obverse. I thought this coin must be some type of reproduction, but I showed the coin to my local coin club and it turned out to be an authentic 1863 civil war token, and it was in VF condition. They gave me a holder to put it in and valued it at about $25. I was extremely surprised at this. Unfortunately, I'm using an iPad so I can't show you a picture but I have a link to a youtube video of mine that shows the coin towards the end of the video. Here's the link: http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=OlnizvQkXuE . This is the exact same type of token as the one in another thread. The link is at the end of the post. Please tell me the story of your best crh find. Best of luck to all out there! 8-) Here's the link to that other thread: http://www.treasurenet.com/forums/coin-roll-hunting/239753-found-civil-war-token.html
