Here are the results of yesterday's lunch hunting:

Box (of halves) #s 58 & 59 for the year were from a new bank in the area which has yet to provide me any keepers; after three previous boxes.

#58 was true to form; and was a skunk.

#59 was not much better, but it did give up a '66

The $9 in loose halves from another bank didn't provide any keepers; but when you factor in the 1996 Canadian "Toonie" they gave me I came out over $1.72 (USD) ahead.

The $110 in loose rolls, which included the first $20 roll of halves I've seen, provided the best yet.

While the nine "regular" $10 rolls only produced a 90%er (64p) and a 40%er (67), the $20 roll was loaded: to the tune of twenty silver keepers !!

It yielded 5 90%ers (52d, 54d, 63d & 64dx2) and fifteen 40%ers (65x2, 66x2, 67x5, 68dx2 & 69dx4).

Granted, it was from a roll the holds forty halves, but I finally got my twenty silver keepers in a single roll; as a few of you had posted about recently.

Net gain for yesterday's runs: 6 90%ers (3 Bens & 3 JFKs), 17 40%ers ......and that Canadian "toonie".

Bring on the next box(es).

WTG Thurm!! Twenty silvers in a roll is so exciting! Congrats. Pulling those Franklins are just as fun too.

I have only come across those $20 rolls at one bank and they gave me a bunch of those wrappers. I just use them for storing the silver though....fewers rolls obviously.

Keep em coming Thurm! I hope #60 is a good one.
