So last time i did a bag of cents was in august. Just today i was going through my finds and looking at the mint state coins i pull and this '60D looks a little funny. So I stick it under my microscope and sure enough there is a second D! I have yet to find examples that look like mine of the internet the second D is to the west and is present in the center of the. But anyways I am elated.
