1972 Eisenhower variety II

I went to the bank over the weekend and the teller had some Eisenhowers. Scanned at first for silver and none but I looked closer at the dates and found a bunch of 1972s. I think one is a variety 2 but not 100% sure bc I can't find a good picture to compare it to. Here's the pic

Those are definitely type II's. I found two earlier this year and spent a lot of time trying to understand the type. Nice find.

Yep! You got one, what kind of shape is it in? Great find.

Congrats! I found 4 total and sold 3 easily on ebay. You can sell yours for $25, which is more than a 40% silver or circulated Morgan.

What is A type II??

If I am not mistaken there are 3 types of 1972 Eisenhowers which are distinguishable via the Florida and below islands and how well they are defined/amount of detail in them.

Nice find...I've been through about $200-220 Ike's with no luck on that thus year.
