What's up with this cent?

I'm kind of at a loss on this cent I just pulled from a bank wrapped roll. I think I can make out 1983D.
It looks like it is struck through grease on both sides. I've only seen coins struck through grease on one side, so that's one thing I'm confused about.
Another thing that's weird to me is what appears to be a small square indentation on the reverse from the top part of "ONE CENT" into the bottom of the Lincoln Memorial. It doesn't appear on the obverse whatsoever, so that makes me think it wasn't a vice or clamp squeezing it.
Lastly, the coin is thick. It is the one in the middle.
Any ideas?

I don't know. The reverse almost looks like a struck through die cap.

If it were indeed a capped die the high points like the middle of the coin would see the most distortion im gonna go with struck through grease.

I thought struck through die cap on the reverse too, but the obverse looks like struck through grease. Wouldn't the obverse be struck well if the reverse was struck through die cap?

Also, is it unusual that it appears at the very least to be struck through grease on both sides of the coin?

If there is grease it wouldn't be struck better regardless. They are more rare but I still find greasers on both sides.
