Yesterday I picked up one box each of pennies, nickels, dimes and half dollars.

First, I opened the box of half dollar coins and I immediately saw two silver Kennedys.

They are located at row 2, column 4 and row 5 column 1.

All together I found 25 40% coins:

These are the coins seen edge on.

I have searched some 40 to 50 boxes of pennies over the past 12 months
and finally found my first Indian Head penny:

I have not yet gone through my nickels or dimes.

I am just so jazzed right now that I decided to post these personal firsts:

I have my first small hoard of silver, first roll with 5 silver coins, and my first Indian Head penny.

Happy Hunting!

Looks like a great box. Where in Northern California are you located?

Congrats on your finds! Finding silver at face is the best. That Indian Head looks real sharp, I also found an Indian Head, mine was from 1900.
