I was at one of my pickup banks and picked up $100 CWR dimes. Teller ask me "what do I do with them?" I tell the teller the truth. She replies "yesterday, I had rolls of dimes that was all white. Weird. They might have been all silver! They're gone now. I sold them." I asked if they turned in any other denominations, only dimes. I was about to give up and when I'm about to leave, the teller says: "you can try and ask TacoBell for some change, I sold it to them." TacoBell was just across the street! I purchased another batch of dimes, and this time they were all MWR. Went across the street, into the store and ask for a manager. I explain my situation saying the teller across the street told me that you made some change at the bank yesterday and I wanted to exchange their dimes. I also pretended that I deposited the wrong coins and that the coins they got from the bank were collectibles. They gladly exchanged them without questions. Scored 3 solid rolls. Went back in the bank with a batch of cookies for the teller and her whole crew. Awesome day!

Great story. Great pics. And an incredible example of effort, expectation, and reward!!! There are a few of you pros on here that push me out of my comfort zone by showing how CRH is REALLY done. Thanks for the push!

I found 3 Mercs mixed in with the dimes. One was a very worn 1916. I'm trying so hard to see a "D", but it's not showing up LOL. Thanks and good luck everyone. HH
